What is CIBOOK
CIBOOK is a century-scale cultural archive built around a simple premise: people whose work has lasting impact see their moment in history from inside it.
Each selected participant contributes one portrait and one message that includes a prediction. Together, those contributions will form a single physical Master Volume: a sealed record of perspectives created during this period, preserved for a future public opening in 2130.
CIBOOK is not produced for sale, advertising, or media distribution. Participation is not purchased, and contributions are not monetized. The project exists to preserve a defined cultural record, not to create a platform around its participants.
Before burial, CIBOOK maintains controlled records to support participant coordination, secure production, preservation, and continuity. The final Master Volume will be sealed for burial in New York City in 2030 under documented custodial arrangements.
