It exists not for recognition today, but for discovery in the future.

CIBOOK preserves sealed messages from 1,000 leaders worldwide so future generations understand this era with clarity and context.

Participants include both historical legacy figures and contemporary individuals shaping the modern world.

Participation is not open submission.

Contributors are selected through careful curation to ensure historical, cultural, and intellectual significance.

Representation within CIBOOK is merit-weighted. Countries are included based on demonstrated historical, cultural, scientific, or societal contribution rather than fixed quotas.

CIBOOK is intentionally sealed.

It is not meant to be read, accessed, or interpreted in the present.

Its role is preservation, allowing the future to encounter this moment without influence or revision.
